The natural beauty of Grammenos Estate is in absolute consequence with the construction. The main building consists of a ground floor area of 300 m2, with ceramic roofs, which is in perfect harmony with its surroundings.

The inside features three fireplaces, central heating and perfectly organized professional kitchen ideal for a licensed restaurant.

The distance from the central entrance is 120 meters of asphalt alleyway, with special lighting and beautiful flower beds, trees and aromatic plants that spread their colours and fragrances throughout the whole area.

The pool and the surrounding paved area create an ideal setting for any type of event, and can host over 1,000 people. The pull bar offers shelter and permanent metal construction for mounting-shade awning.

In the estate there is an available 8 tier amphitheatre, which can host events for 250 people, such as conferences, meetings and social events of any kind.
